Stress basically changes everything about our bodies and can have some very harmful, undesired effects on our physical and mental health. Stress does not discriminate and can affect anyone but women should know that “Its impossible to be everything to everyone!” This leads to stress overload, burnout, fatigue, neglect of self-care, emotional “stress” eating and medical problems.
